Water in room not provided anymore. Noise from doors slamming next door. Had to unlock the bathroom sink. No slippers or bath gown. TV reception was poor signal and breaking up - and only 2 channels in English. Difficulties reaching reception by phone from the room. Generally having stayed here a lot over the year I feel that it is slipping a bit and maybe a few cost saving measures. Before it was a good 3,5 / 4 star but perhaps is being repositioned 3.
