「Don’t let instagram fool you !!!! Very disappointed restaurant was mediocre at best especially considering the high prices staff not accommodating at all spent my birthday here not even a happy birthday beach towels were all stained .. beautiful property I could do without the elevator music at the pool will not be returning」

「Great location, beach access with beach beds available. There's a café on sit, restaurant and a gift shop for last minute items if needed. The staff was amazing especially Michal B. I was able to text the hotel whenever I needed a taxi to and from. They answered promptly to my request. I highly recommend this hotel.」

「Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island.」

「Beautiful property and the rooms were very clean and spacious. It is not an all-inclusive resort but you get a daily credit for breakfast which covers most of your meal and the food was great. We had a great time here and the water was beautiful. Staff were friendly. I would stay again!」

「Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience.」

「We had a lovely stay near the most stunning turquoise ocean- but we wouldn’t repeat our trip To Turks and Caicos. We aren’t resort people normally, The food was average and the price to eat was budget busting. Budget $300-400 per day if you’re a family of 4 to eat out, but grocery store trip helped to alleviate the cost of eating. Small bottle of water- $10. The ocean was breath taking and enjoyed the daily swims and tropical fish swimming around our toes. But beyond the water- the island is...

「The only negative was no elevator. We had heavy luggage to carry up/down stairs. The room was very nice with lots of amenities. Staff was very helpful. It was easy to walk around & staff recommended driver for longer distances.」

「The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.」
