"Upon check-in, we were greeted then and every morning, afternoon and night we stepped into the lobby. Amazing top tier service that did not go unnoticed. We even called for a taxi the first night, was told it would be there in 10-15 mins so we stepped to the nearby bar, came back to the lobby to catch the taxi we thought was ours, but turns out it wasn’t. We found out because the front desk agent came looking for us everywhere! (Of course we apologized profusely). The location was away from the main tourist area which we LOVED. We were at the marina that had decking access when we went to Noah’s Ark on Sunday. There were a few restaurants along the deck that all sold AMAZING food and would recommend all places. The room was cool and amazingly kept. Everything was clean and the view was also very beautiful. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else during my time in TCI!! I can’t sing enough praises to how everyone here made my experience top tier. Can’t wait to be back! (:"

"We had an excellent stay at Palm Point Loft. The hosts were genuinely welcoming, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. The property is in a quiet, peaceful spot on the canal, exactly what we were hoping for.What really stood out was how thoughtfully equipped the place was. They provided all the things you can’t realistically pack but absolutely need on a trip like this: towels, personal flotation devices for our child, sand toys, masks, snorkels, and even child car seats. That made traveling with a young child dramatically easier.The space itself was comfortable and well set up, and as a bonus, we loved meeting their dog Freya, she was a highlight for our family.Highly recommend Palm Point Loft to anyone, especially families. We’d happily stay again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Azure Villa at Blue Mountain. Don was an outstanding host—very responsive and quick to help with any questions or issues that came up. Housekeeping was excellent, and the property felt very secure throughout our stay. The home itself was in great condition, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised. A wonderful property and experience overall. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
