Nice and clean

Our stay was for only 1 night. It was a smaller older motel but it was clean and didn't smell when you first walk into the room. The air conditioner worked well. For the price and location it was exactly what I expected.

OK and reasonable rates

We would stay if we ever go through Smith Center again. Clerk was accommodating when we expressed concern when we were given a key to stay down the road in their long term apartments- only one bed, we requested two. Dirty floor. Bit of mold on shower curtain. Because we booked thru a Hotel.con. She then gave us a room at the motel office site and it was satisfactory.
