The apartment is like the photos and within 15 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge or Saint Mark’s Square. We will definitely stay at San Vino Palace Luxury Apartment again. "

"Francesca was a fabulous host! She communicated via Whatsapp app. She sent her assistant to meet us at water taxi who was very helpful getting us to the apartment and showing us around the apartment. It's in a nice area and convenient to everything!"

You have easy access to Sam Marco, Dorsoduro and other areas of Venice. The apartment was clean and the kitchen is modern and very functional. We had a great two evenings in Venice."

"This was our second stay at Cà dei Nomboli -- we were there eight years ago and were happy to see it was still available and still as lovely. Great location near Campo San Polo and beautiful canal view. Quiet (for the most part) neighborhood. The apartment is bright and sunny, beautifully decorated in a restful color scheme. Waking up in the serene bedroom with the canal view is a special memory of our time in Venice. There were a few issues and questions after our check-in that required...

"Spacious apartment hiding on a quiet street just around the corner from Rialto bridge. Check-in was great, we were met at the Vaporetto stop and shown to the property, we were even able to leave our bags after checkout for a few hours so we could explore the city a little longer"

"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

"We arrived on waterbus from the airport and it was a short walk to the appartment. It is a beautiful and relaxing space filled with very interesting art and overlooks the canal. But, it is so well placed! You are in the quieter part of Venice with lots of great restaurants around. You can then dip into the busier parts of Venice as and when you feel like it! Very cool!!"

"Love this apartment on Guidecca! Next door to the Mulino Stucky Hilton was great! Easy boat access to central Venice, but in a lovely quiet and non-touristy area. The Hilton next door was convenient for bag storage, as well as boat access to Venice, while also offering a place for late night cocktails/ meals. We enjoyed being away from the hub bub of central Venice, while still being on the water with easy access to all the sights within a short boat ride away. The apartment was spacious; check...

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "
