"The pool.area needs some renovations. The bottom of all the doors are rusting. The bath tub faucet dripped the whole time we were at the hotel. The staff was all friendly very helpful. We tryely enjoyed our stay. "

"Check-in was lacklustre and staff didn’t make me feel welcome. Room was clean but there was a drink ring on the side table, a partial rubber glove on the bathroom floor (at least I hope it was) and there was no sugar only sweetener for the coffee. Very cumbersome to get on the wifi if you’re not a Hilton Honours member. Lesser hotels offer free wifi with less hassle. The gift center snacks were outrageous with a small child size bag of chips priced at $8. Overall not impressed with this Hilton. "

"I took the shuttle from the airport along with other stranded passengers. I thought the staff could be more welcoming rather than acting like they were doing us a favor. Also, I booked their shuttle for the following morning, was two minutes late due to the slowness of the elevator-there was only one and many people leaving-and the shuttle had left. The person at the desk acted like it was my fault. I am a Marriott member, but went through Expedia because I was at the airport and it have their App. I picked the Marriott Courtyard because I just left the Sheraton Riverside and was so impressed by their staff and facilities. Lesson Learned!"
