"Parking is feels safe and is easy. Room rates were pricey considering the overall condition of the building. Only a single elevator was in operation during our stay so waits were long. The hotel in general is fine but could use some updating."

"The Hilton Orrington is a great place to stay when visiting Northwestern. The location is ideal, the amenities are plentiful and the valet parking is very convenient. I will stay here again for my next visit. "

"If you’re on the run and need a flop house to lay low while the heat is still on, this is your place since they still pay cash and I can’t imagine that the desk clerk would be any more helpful to The Man than she was to me. I interrupted her re-run of “A Different World” at 3:30 pm and she made sure I got the message. This place is run down and the whole wants obviously got the message that it doesn’t matter, people will still stay here. I was attending an event nearby and selected a reasonably priced hotel instead of the some other options further away that were ludicrously overpriced. Bad move. The carpet and blanket both had cigarette (sure, let’s go with that) burns. The sheets had visible stains and my bedbug check got EXTREMELY thorough. Fingers crossed. The walls are beat up and need to be re-finished and painted. But the bathroom…*chef’s kiss*. The metal strip between the carpet and tile in the door had EVERY. SINGLE. NAIL sticking up waiting to cut my foot. The bathroom wasn’t…what’s the word…clean. Or safe. The toilet was dangerously cracked. Like, “the next person of above-average weight who sits down on this thing might die from being sliced up when the porcelain shatters” cracked. And for some ungodly reason, there is a motion detector in the bathroom hooked to what I can only believe is a 1 million candlepower semi truck headlight that stays on for 3 minutes whenever you enter the bathroom, even at 3am when you just have to pee. -1/10, never again."

"My only complaint is that the beautiful window shade in my room let too much light in and my sleep was terrible. I recommend a better shade or curtain."

"We have stayed here before and have always been very happy with our stay. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable and the brand of shampoos and lotions provided are great. The only frustrating thing was the booming music that came from the room above us as it lasted all evening until after midnight. This needs to be addressed. People don't care that they are disturbing other guests with their loud music. "

"The rooms are infested with ants in the bathrooms and some in the front of the hotel. No microwaves and they dont have a phone number thay works so you can call the front desk. Thats not professional at all. I recommend only staying here if you have no choice. They went inside my room before checkout just because they didn't see me. Not professional at all. The front desk staff was fine amd helpful. But you have to put 100$ refundable deposit down which i didn't know until I arrived as I booked through Expedia. I would not stay there again. Good luck!"
