This booking did not have a cancellation option. Our sole purpose was to meet overseas friends, however, they had flights cancelled due to the Middle East conflict. I expected a discretionary refund under the circumstances but it was not forthcoming. We therefore ,had to use the accommodation but would not book Top10 again without a cancellation option. "

"The beds were like rocks , there is no view no outdoor private area and no airconditioning in the bedrooms or up stairs so you have to leave windows open and as the units are all squeezed in like sardines (close to 50) outside is very noisy. "
