"Room was not ready at check-in time when we arrived after 4:00. Returned to hotel around 7:30 and multiple people ahead of us were told their rooms were still not ready. Ridiculous if there’s a 4pm check-in time, but rooms still aren’t ready at almost 8pm. Evening staff was not very welcoming and came off as cold. Room was outdated, but overall clean. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet and the food was good. Morning staff at the front desk were very friendly. "

"Everything was great. Spacious room and quiet at night even with a loaded hotel. The staff was amazing and they have great food and drinks."

"Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the property seemed well maintained. However, the main issue was the noise. The walls seem to be very thin, and you can hear almost everything happening outside the room and in the neighboring rooms. It made it difficult to get a good night of sleep because of the constant noise. Another small issue was the shower. Every time it was used, it made a loud sound similar to a hot tea kettle or pressure noise, which was a bit strange and noticeable. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but the noise insulation and the plumbing noise in the shower could definitely be improved."

"This is an old place -- duh. It is charming, perfect, literally perfect location to explore the awesome town of Concord (Its right out the front door) KInda old and tired, but makes up in charm. I wish I would have known that the back door to the bar/stage was going to be across the hall from my room as the band was loud on Friday and Saturday nights. Other than that -- lovely and perfectly situated. "

"We found the hotel to be very clean, the staff was friendly amd helpful. The bottom floor was being remodeled, I do believe the 2nd and 3rd floor had already been done. The beds were very comfortable, the room was nice and clean. We'd definitely stay again"
