On arrival (26/04) we were greated by a lovely lady, she was helpful and changed our room to two single beds instead of a double bed, that was a life saver. Excellent staff, beautiful rooms, amenities. Not cheap but really wonderful quality. Would recommend pre-booking with the breakfast - there aren’t ANY restaurants open before 11AM within an hour of the hotel, and adding it on later is expensive.

This is not what we expected. It was freezing. So so cold - the walls are super thin. There were no extra linens/blankets.
