「We enjoyed our recent overnight stay at Boutique at Browns. Staff were polite and welcoming. The hotels setting was lovely on the banks of the River Severn yet and easy walk to the city centre and main sights. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, well presented and freshly cooked to order. We had a nice evening meal in the restaurant. 」

「This is a lovely place to stay. It is just off the M5 in a rural location. A beautiful pub with history. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. The food choices are varied and when served, well presented. We will stay again when we are visiting family in Cheshire or Scotland. 」

「Good location close to the centre of Worcester. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. 」

「The hot tub and pool were closed for refurb disappointment as one of the reasons for booking hotel Never mind the rest of the stay was top notch. Rooms beds and shower all top rate. Must mention the Breakfasts which were cooked to perfection service in dinning room fantastic. 」

「We had a wonderful visit only marred by problems of cleanliness in our room. The reception staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. They were friendly, helpful and when they said something would be done, it was. The food was excellent and service prompt but unobtrusive. Will definitely return. 」

「Our stay was excellent and the hotel, staff, location and food were excellent. Despite difficult circumstances David Borne and Amy on reception plus the rest of the staff were excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable about the area around Droitwich and Worcester. One of the guests left a shower or bath running with water coming through the ceiling into the restaurant area at 7 pm ish but all the staff mucked in to sort it out and dry up. Even the ceiling tiles were replaced over night.」

「The staff were fabulous. My room was very quaint: beautiful 4 poster bed etc. Location was quite quiet & Worcester was lovely. Great stay thank you. Car parking a bit of a navigational issue but managed it!」
