"The front desk cancelled my reservation for a suite two bedroom and when I arrived they were already booked so I had to get two rooms and they didn’t even offer at same price. I had my email with confirmation for the rooms and yet they acted like there was nothing they could do about it. I ended up paying double what I had originally planned and am just very disappointed in the customer service. "

"Only serious complaint is that that breakfast was not available until 8 a.m. I usually need to eat soon after awakening. Went out for breakfast both mornings."
