「Very cozy space with plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable. It has all the amenities of home away from home. We would stay at this property again. Mary was very prompt on communicating with us when we needed help with a few things. Which we appreciated. Thank you!」

「We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.」

「Have mixed feelings about the stay. The space was what we needed but there were a few problems... First was the state of the bathroom and desperate need for repairs and remodel. Second, was both headboards of the bed were super squeaky and disturbed sleep every night. Third the access to plugs especially in the left bedroom was lacking. The USB port of the wall couldn't be accessed unless you crawl over the entire bed so we highly suggest a lamp with USB enabled port for easier device charging....
