「Pettigru Place is a lovely historical home very close to all the action in downtown Greenville and the Swamp Rabbit Greenway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was over the top creative and delicious and plenty of it! We also enjoyed the afternoon complimentary wine and cheese. 「This is a great hotel! The staff is very polite and friendly! We would like to mention Tecora and Lawerence in particular for their outstanding customer service and kindness! The rooms are clean, the bed was so comfy, the breakfast was excellent and the location can’t be beat. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Greenville right from the hotel. The parking garage is attached to the hotel and very user friendly too. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Greenville! 」
「We parked in the garage across the street at $7 per 24 hours. Extremely reasonable. Super convenient location to Main Street, Falls Park, dining, etc. Left the car parked and walked everywhere.」
「An easy walk to Falls Park on the Reedy and all the restaurants and shops that surround it. Next time I’ll plan on renting a bike and cruising all the wonderful trails that surround this charming property. 」
「Overall, my experience with this hotel was pleasant until it came to my check out. There were some technical issues with the computers as my credit card was charged twice by mistake. I have contacted Holiday Inn Customer Service and the hotel several times to get this rectified but it is still unclear to me when this issue will be resolved.」

The sink was dirty. The cartridge-style coffee maker still had the previous guest’s trash and water left in it.
It was nice that there was a microwave in the room. Having breakfast included was also a plus.The staff were kind.」
「We throughly enjoyed our stay. We came down from Virginia for a concert at the CCNB Amphitheater. This place is now added on our list to come back to for quick stays! Very nice, and clean rooms!
