"We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown Greenville and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The room was exactly what we needed: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities. The entire facility was spotless and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the virtual front desk—it was quick, easy to use, and made the whole experience feel smooth and modern. The only small downside was the pull-out couch mattress, which was a bit thin and you could feel the metal bars, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from that minor issue, everything about our stay was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greenville! 😊"

"The room was fine but had two days of no hot water. Management was very slow to respond, front desk was delightful. Homeless man sitting on front cushioned bench smoking cigarette butts and selling candy all day. Another one in the lobby with long red hair wig and a mustache, someone had given him coffee. Seat cushions in pool area were stained and several were split open. Seems to have gone down since last years stay"
