「It didn't look like a conventional hotel. I actually drove past it twice! The brick building looked like a large cozy bed-and-breakfast! It has a home-like feel. My suite was incredibly spacious! The kitchenette had all the features of a regular kitchen, including a full-size refrigerator and a dish washer. The staff was extremely polite and welcomed me like I was an old friend! I will definitely come again!」
「Overall, my experience with this hotel was pleasant until it came to my check out. There were some technical issues with the computers as my credit card was charged twice by mistake. I have contacted Holiday Inn Customer Service and the hotel several times to get this rectified but it is still unclear to me when this issue will be resolved.」

The sink was dirty. The cartridge-style coffee maker still had the previous guest’s trash and water left in it.

「This was our second stay at the Embassy suites. It’s very clean and quiet even with much activity going on in the atrium area. The breakfast buffet is very good, as well as the end of the day reception. The fitness center is adequate and it is very close to a 3 mile trail if you’d like to run or walk.」
