Everything was great for me. No problems with the hotel or staff. My room was very clean and it was refreshed every day. My caretakers were rewarded every day as my room was excellent. I have been staying here off and on for years and it has always been good.

First the staff is great! , The rooms definitely need upgrading. There’s a gap in the shower door from the wall where water just goes all over the bathroom floor lots of paint chipping things like that.. that being said, it’s a fair price for the hotel and we would stay there again

The staff were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to assist us with our needs (e.g. bottled water). They gave us a welcome va that included snacks and microwave popcorn. The room smelled like butter popcorn. The room was clean. It was the perfect room to stay for a couple of nights for visiting

The room was ok, the hallway had been flooded or something. The continental breakfast was pretty bad. And someone was blairing music in the parking lot, right outside the front door for an hour starting at 1:00am. Management should have had that person leave or be arrested.

Staff was great. We found a roach( bug) in the room the first night. I quickly got spray etc and left the room and came back 2 hours plus. We reported it but action needed to be taken as I did not want to take any hitchhikers home!

Parking easy and motel is a little run down but clean. Staff very friendly. My only major complaint is that the bed was terrible. Very unsupportive mattresses that either sunk in the middle or to one side.

Pretty good spot for a show at BSWA. Pictures looked a lil nicer. Our room felt cool (71°) and yet somehow humid at the same time, which was a lil strange. Staff was great, good location, but a bit pricey for what it was.

People at the front desk are friendly. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of parking. The mattress was really nice but the room is old looking. A good stay for the money.

Super comfortable bed and pillows! It was very clean but did have a weird smell like someone smoked even though you’re not supposed to. Great location for our needs: out of the way, not smack in town but still close to downtown, easy to get in/out of, free parking
