「Overall, my experience with this hotel was pleasant until it came to my check out. There were some technical issues with the computers as my credit card was charged twice by mistake. I have contacted Holiday Inn Customer Service and the hotel several times to get this rectified but it is still unclear to me when this issue will be resolved.」
「The location is a bit far from the city center, but the price was reasonable and good. It was within walking distance if you made an effort.
The sink was dirty. The cartridge-style coffee maker still had the previous guest’s trash and water left in it.
It was nice that there was a microwave in the room. Having breakfast included was also a plus.The staff were kind.」
