「Enjoyed our stay, the staff was super friendly and helpful! Location was great - having the option of a pool was nice also.」

「Great location for walking, but the breakfast could be a lot better」

「The subtle elegance is timeless and allows the guests to appreciate the historic value of this beautiful hotel. The spa-like bath products are much appreciated and worth shopping online to add to a home guest bath for a luxury feel. Greenville downtown area has much to offer in dining and with easy walking. We enjoyed a show at Bon Secours Convention Center and the drive to park and walk to show was seamless. From staff to the locals, the friendliness and warm welcome is what will keep you...

「Great location-we walked to soo many shops and restaurants!」

「Great location and spacious room. The bathrooms in desperate need of a makeover, my husband and I wore sandals in the shower, it was that bad! Breakfast was good!」

「So nice and conveniently located」

「Overall, my experience with this hotel was pleasant until it came to my check out. There were some technical issues with the computers as my credit card was charged twice by mistake. I have contacted Holiday Inn Customer Service and the hotel several times to get this rectified but it is still unclear to me when this issue will be resolved.」

「The location is a bit far from the city center, but the price was reasonable and good. It was within walking distance if you made an effort. The sink was dirty. The cartridge-style coffee maker still had the previous guest’s trash and water left in it. It was nice that there was a microwave in the room. Having breakfast included was also a plus. The staff were kind.」

「The Hotel Hartness is definitely a desirable set up for couples. We checked in and decided to check out the restaurant before going to the room. The wait staff said to have a seat and make yourselves comfortable. Someone came right over to the lounge area to wait on us. Dinner and breakfast was delicious 😋. Breakfast was not continental. We ordered omelets. The hotel was cozy, spacious, charming and close to places I enjoy visiting.」
