Kind stuff and convenient access to 100am. But room was old and dirty (easy cleaning for 9 days), no towels. I called to request toilet rolls few times (All of them forgot my request ??). There are other places at Tanjong Pagar.

My Birthday Staycation
I was greeted by a friendly and polite staff at the reception on 08-03-2022. After that I was handle by another staff for check in. The check in process was smooth. The room was clean and big. The entire 2 nights stay was pleasant. Just that the Rm 620 fridge wasnt cold enough to chill my bottle water.

Goo space for a family of 5. Room included breakfast, and it was a widespread. Walking distance to local hawker centres nearby as well.

The good and the bad
Pros - Check-in was fast on a Sunday afternoon. Housekeeping staff was prompt when I reported that the chair in the room was dirty. The other staff also was fast when I reported that the room smell awful. Breakfast is okay, not so outstanding just okay. Price for an overnight stay is considerably cheap for a 4-star rated hotel. The room including the bath room is quite big Cons-When I entered the room, the smell was quite awful, quite old wood smell. I can say the room is not thoroughly clean, the sofa with ottoman looked dirty with stains. The staff tried to wiped it off (thanks) but bec of the stains it looked dirty. I understood that the hotel might be short of manpower however I believe they can do better to clean the room.
