"When we booked on hotels.com, it said on the site that the camp was 6 min drive from the airport and that there was an airport shuttle available. We wrote in our booking our time of arrival and that we'd like to be picked up from the airport. We also tried to call the camp to confirm, but no answer. When we arrived in the airport thetre was no one there to ppick us up so we had to find a taxi. We found that the camp was a 30 min drive away and in a deserted place far away from everything. "We enjoyed our 4-night stay at swim-up rooms and truly enjoyed having the pool right in our balcony. It offered great privacy. The hotel over all was nice and as luxurious as promised. The staff are nice and friendly. There is a large selection of food but it could be better. Note to people of color- the majority of guests are white and unfortunately many carry themselves with so much privilege. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware"

Sharm Nabq Stay

"Hotel was clean and very tidy with staff continually maintaining the public areas. The food was good with an excellent choice every day with different specialties every day so not like other all inclusive where they sometimes do the same foods every day. As you’d expect in Sharm the level of attentiveness to customer service was of the highest level. Making my stay a thoroughly enjoyable one. "
