Wonderful stay, intimate hotel with wonderful views and helpful staff.

Wonderful relaxation area. There were no problems with lunch or dinner orders at all. Each employee is ready to help and solve your problem, if something needed to be solved.

This was my second visit to this resort and I was not disappointed. The grounds are green and well maintained, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even prior to my arrival I contacted the resort and they were able to accommodate all my needs and address my questions. Thank you, Mohamed Hefny, Marawan Tarek and the rest of the team for making my stay comfortable. Entertainment team is working tirelessly to make the leisure pleasant and fun. Huge thanks to Lucas, Artiem, Masha, Vlad,...

Perfect location and amazing beach everyone at this resort is very professional and very polite from the front desk to housekeeping. thank you everyone and special thanks to Mr Mody at the front desk

The beach front room was Amazing, by far the best hotel I've stayed in. the ocean view was phenomenal the dinning was great and the staff was awesome. this is truly a 10/10 experience. As a side note make sure you book the all inclusive package there isn't much restaurants near the resorts. You'll save a lot of money by booking it initially rather than paying for every meal. $30 for lunch $35 for dinner for 2. you'll save 50% by booking the all inclusive stay

Swissotel is an incredible resort! I came here with my 2 year old child, husband and the grandparents, and it truly had something for everyone. The buffet is huge with so much choice, and I wouldn’t miss the a la carte options either. What made it even more special is the extra care and attention provided by our guest relations specialist Aya Ashraf, who checked on us every step of the way, and even helped us make certain changes to improve the quality of our stay, and reservations in...

We weren’t pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very clean and in good shape the garden very well tended The staff is very nice and helpful We recommend it highly

Every thing is excellent Staff very friendly More than 5 star restaurants

It’s an amazing hotel with a five star service I really loved it. Everything was great I recommend it

I strongly recommend this hotel for both family and couples

Jaz Belvedere matches all the expectations of western countries' tourists. Excellent service Clean rooms Tasty and diversified food Not everywhere you have the feeling that they really want you to enjoy your stay as much as possible. This is one of those places. Another important point is the beach. If you have kids and want to stay in peace of mind, this is the right place: It is in a bay whose depth degrades very slowly. They can play in the water without adventuring in the deep blue.

The resort was the best I have ever been to! Absolutely LOVED it!! I will be coming back again and again. I told a few of my friends that we need to go there as well as planning a family vacation at the same resort.
