客室自体は広く快適。ホテルの私有ビーチまで数分。ただ、スタッフの対応は事務的。清掃係の方がよく対応してくれtた。プールは、アテネのシェラトンと違い、泳げない。遊ぶプール。ロシア人が多く、対応の仕方が違う。五つ星だが、これまで旅行した数多くの五つ星ホテルと比較すると、四つ星と思う。経験した五つ星ホテルのスタッフは、差別的ではなく、気配りがすごい。

Bon hôtel

L’hôtel est immense et le personnel serviable (sans qu’ils vous demandent des tips ce qui est rare en Égypte). Par contre le petit déjeuner est dégueu. Néanmoins, je reviendrai car c’est bien situé, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées et la piscine est agréable.

This is a new property, which is rare in Sharm, with very large rooms and decent territory. It is not the first line from the beach, but this does not reduce its value of an all-inclusive stay. It is designed for continuous party so if you are there for a very quiet family get away, look elsewhere.

Hotel is new,rooms are spacious & roomy. Mr.Abdel Salam ( front desk manager ) is very polite, helpful and respectful. His team Ahmed Ezzat & Tarek are active and jovial. Mr.Mahmoud Bahr ( main restaurant manager ) & chief Gamal Gazzar are debonair and always have new varieties of tasty food every day to innovate. Avoid at any cost ❌ Do yourself a favor and stay away Arrived at almost 4 PM yet I had to wait for my room in the lobby ! The reception staff are unprofessional , undertrained, Impolite and manipulators when I asked for 1 hour late check out considering I had to wait for my room after 4 PM the morning shift would ask you to come and ask the evening shift whom they gonna ask you to ask the night shift whom they gonna ask you to wake up early and come to the desk to ask the morning shift again ! All of which is a disgusting practice they are all well trained on. even though they know I was not satisfied about the fact that I got my room late. Room is way outdated , dirty , toilet stinks , the furniture is old rusty and outdated nothing like what is shown online. there was variety of insects in the room ( ants , bed bugs) Stained disgusting looking bed sheets and pillow cases! Food is unhygienic , taste awful and very poor options fortunate enough I went to a proper restaurant in Nama bay for dinner and i didn’t eat anything out of this buffet I met couple of other guests in the lobby who got food poisoning as they were trying to buy medicine from the next door pharmacy. No body seemed to care at check out the receptionist took the key without looking at my face ,he never asked how was my stay as they do elsewhere , neither anyone from guest relation tried to call and ask how my stay was Rawan&(Mohamed night shift) (front desk) are completely unprofessional

Exploitation

The stay was decent overall, though I was only there for a day trip. However, I noticed a significant level of exploitation. They charged over 1600 for cleaning just a few clothing items with express delivery, fully aware that my flight was the next day. They marked up their fees by 100% despite me stating I just want it 2 hours earlier he said it’ll come 5 pm exactly with the normal charge which is actually very high.
