「The property has a good location, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood.A better appearance of the entrance and bathroom will enhance it.」

「Location is right downtown, 5 minute walk to the water front. Easy parking by the house for one car and personal nice garden area. Very new and clean inside and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need re utensils, spices, coffee, teas etc. The second bed is on the main floor the only issue is you have to make the bed by pulling the coffee table into the L-shaped sofa and then place a board and mattress on top. Not a big deal but I don’t remember reading that in the original...

「Everything planned the way they offered. Pictures were the way they showed, House was clean, It was perfect for my budget, and I was very satisfied with the service. Loved it, I look forward to using it again in the future and would definitely recommend for anyone to use it..」

「Our stay was perfect, not one complaint about the unit at all. The host Kristine was a pleasure to deal with, replied to my messages very quickly. The location was perfect as we were in Kingston for a wedding and we were able to walk to our son’s house. We will for sure stay again during our next visit to Kingston. 」

「The communication with Kristine was excellent! She provided great information for our anniversary celebration in Kingston. Her suite was very convenient to downtown and was comfy and relaxing. We highly recommend staying there.」

「Visited with family for a weekend. We had a lovely time and the space is beautiful. Even better than the photos. Location is easy walking distance to restaurants, cafés shopping, etc.The apartment is spotless, clean and very comfortable. We had a lot of space to relax. We especially loved the outdoor patio on a sunny day. I’d be thrilled to stay here again.」

The owner was very responsive to a few requests and the property felt like a home away from home. It was very well maintained and clean. The property was stocked with some toiletries, kitchen cooking utensils, pots & pans, plates, cups, etc. We would definitely stay there again. 」
