「Die Wohnung in Sigmaringen-Laiz hat ist sehr komfortabel und hübsch eingerichtet, sehr verkehrsgünstige Lage und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen war die Wohnung angenehm kühl, da sie über Rolläden in alle Zimmern verfügt. Wir waren für einen Familienbesuch da und werden dieses Domizil bestimmt wieder buchen!」

「Eine ganz liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger idyllischer Lage. Bestimmt auch im Sommer herrlich, da es eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Blick ins Grüne gibt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. 」

「Trotz der langen Anreise waren wir früher als erwartet bzw eingeplant vor Ort und es war kein Problem, nach Beendigung der Reinigung vorzeitig einzuziehen. Sehr netter Vermieter, unkomplizierter und reibungsloser Ablauf. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das separate Schlafzimmer mit dem kleinen Tischchen war für mich ideal, um Notwendiges zu bearbeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!」

Einzig der regelmäßige Zugverkehr in der Nähe kann etwas bemängelt werden. Dieser hat aber eben nichts mit der Wohnung selbst zu tun. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.」

"駅から徒歩10分圏内。部屋は広々としていて、清掃が行き届いている。朝ごはんはドイツの朝食という感じで美味しかった。受付がなく無人なので注意が必要。特に建物に入る際にパスコードがわからず苦労した。送られてきたインストラクションに従うと容易だが、ハイテクすぎて慣れるのに時間がかかる。"
