Apartment 'Refugium mit Schlossblick' with Private Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The apartment consists of three rooms on around 65 square meters of living space, a living room, a bedroom and an eat-in kitchen, in which there is also a sofa bed. It is located on the first floor of a very quiet house. The approximately 3,000 square meter property is located at the end of a residential street with little traffic in a cul-de-sac, far away from any through traffic. It is about a 7-minute walk to the train station and about 10 minutes to the center of our small town. It is a beautiful path along the banks of the Danube to the next bridge. There you cross the Danube and have a wonderful view along the green bank. Then it's a short walk through the Prinzenpark and you're already in the old town. The Danube Cycle Path passes close by.

The house is located directly on the Danube, slightly elevated on a slope. From the garden or from the windows of the vacation apartment you have a view of the surrounding hills, the town center of Sigmaringen and the Hohenzollern Castle, which magnificently overlooks the town.

For two-wheelers (bicycles or motorcycles) we can offer a place in our locked garage.
