  • Enjoy your holiday in our bright and welcoming ground-floor apartment BODENSEE on the west side of the house. The spacious apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and features a modern, open-plan layout.



    The living and dining area with adjoining kitchen forms the heart of the apartment, inviting you to cook, dine, and relax together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine—everything you need for a comfortable stay.



    The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, offering plenty of comfort for families or small groups.



    A special highlight: all rooms have direct access to the large terrace. From here, you can enjoy views of the greenery and reach the garden and idyllic swimming pond in just a few steps—the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature.
