「Leider sag das Zimmer nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es handelt sich eher um eine Jugendherberge.. das Bad/ Dusche war sehr veraltet. Das Balkon war in keinster Weise einladend.. Auf der Bettwäsche und auf einigen Handtücher gab es Flecken.. diese wurden am nächsten Tag gewechselt.. die Waschmaschine wäre schuld daran sagte man uns. Wir hatten für 2 Nächte gebucht und sind jedoch nach der ersten Nacht abgereist.」

「This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!」

"海に面した美しいホテル。残念ながらシービューのお部屋は取れませんでしたが、旧市街のバル街にも近く、便利で心地よい滞在でした。コンシェルジュのお姉さんは物知りで愛想良く、家族写真のシャッターを押してくれました。お部屋のドアにうっかり”Don’t disturb “の札をかけっぱなしにして出かけてしまいましたが、お部屋に戻ったらルームサービスの人がすぐ来てくれました。強くお勧めします！掃除を"
