A great place to stay!

Excellent staff, great breakfast, great rooms, and perfect walking distance (less than 1 mile) to the center of town / bull run. Will definitely stay there again. The staff is super helpful calling for taxi's, wake up calls, answering questions, etc.

Decadent modern hotel

Absolutely gorgeous modern hotel. Massive luxurious rooms with superb large bed. Lovely rural view with the cathedral. Delightful staff and excellent restaurant. Loved the tapas bar menu and local buffet breakfast. Close enough to walk into the city along an easy path. Best stay in Pamplona!!

Amazing room - more like a suite than a room - very luxurious. Parking was easy, breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel is about 20 minute walk from the main part of Pamplona but an easy route.

Hotel slightly out of the centre which made it easier to get to buy car. Parking easy and free. Had room upgraded to a suite which was fabulous and free bottle of bubbly was a lovely bonus!

It was an excellent experience from the moment we arrived. We were greeted warmly, given a room upgrade, and a bottle of sparkling wine was delivered to our rooms. The rooms were very spacious, modern, and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite parking was very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

First visit to Pamplona

Excellent hotel. I had a suite and it was very spacious with separate shower and tub, and a lovely private terrace- I recommend this upgrade. The walk into the center of Pamplona is about 25 minutes and I enjoyed being out of the busy-ness. This was a pleasure trip to visit a new city in Spain.

Wow!!! What an amazing place!!

This was our first time in Pamplona and didn't know what to expect but we needn't have worried. As soon as we stepped into the hotel our worries were found less. We were greeted by one of the biggest smiles we've ever seen on a receptionist. Check in was seamless and we were also given map of the area, with recommendations. If the entrance to the hotel took our breath away our room left us speechless! It had everything thing we needed and more! It was so big and comfortable, it was a shame we were only staying one night. Every member of staff that we met made us feel so welcome and they were focused on making our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area

Quiet hotel fairly close to the middle of Pamplona

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. We got a room upgrade and a bottle of Cava. The hotel said it was because it was my wife’s birthday! The room was large and had a sitting area and a balcony/terrace with sun loungers. The only thing missing was a desk. The hotel was quiet and had free underground parking. We ate there one night and the food was OK, but the entrecôte steak was very chewy. One standard complaint. Why do hotels leave instructions about hanging towels up if you don’t want them changed and the promptly change them anyway. Greenwashing, I think, describes this practice

The room was lovely but the food and drink in the restaurant was horrendous, I have never in my life paid so much for a 2 inch by 4 inch piece of cod and then to get charged for a pint of larger that was in a half pint glass , only 3/4 full and then a 2 inch head , total rip off and will never return
