"Las instalaciones estuvieron muy bien no me puedo quejar! Pero existió un abuso por parte de los empleados y la administración, movieron de forma abusiva e irracional mi vehículo el cual estaba ubicado en el parqueadero en un espacio de parqueo, lo movieron arrastrándolo de con cadenas, algo totalmente inconcebible!! Realmente quiero hasta denunciarlos! Nunca me llamaron a la habitación según ellos por qué no registraron la placa."

"I left too early for breakfast but had a wonderful $10 meal the evening before. The bungalow was not very big but plenty of room for myself and everything I needed was there. It was wrong, comfortable with DIRECTV and a hot shower. They arranged a $10 taxi ride to the airport, which took less than 15 minutes. The driver was there well before pick up time. Check out was simple and easy. We will be happy to stay there again on my next trip through Quito. "
