"The place is beautiful, located in a quiet and safe area. It was very clean, and there are small stores conveniently close by. I stayed with my kids, and they truly enjoyed the stay as well. PARKING WAS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE WHICH WAS VERY APPRECIATED AND CONVENIENT. THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A COMMERCIAL BUILDING WITH NO 24/7 LOBBY OR CLEANING SERVICE, IN CASE YOU THINK IT IS A HOTEL-LIKE SETTING - IT IS NOT. OVERALL, I THINK IT IS A GREAT OPTION TO EXPLORE QUITO AND THE AREA. "

"Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. "
