「Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful. The sheets and beds were uncomfortable. I booked double beds and king beds but all beds were the same size. I was told there was nothing I could do because I used hotels.com」

The furniture was a little old and basic, but it suited our needs and the location made up for the "frugality" (e.g. no corkscrew, shower gel etc - unless you pay extra).
