Great location to see the palace.

PROS: The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Breakfast every morning had so many options and was great before going out for the day. We rented a scooter and parking was very convenient. Hotel shuttle every hour was convenient. CONS: AC has to be requested, which isn’t the worst, but very inconvenient when you get back to your room after walking A LOT. Rooms did not come with an iron, which was VERY inconvenient every single day having to go downstairs to iron before getting dressed in your room, it was surprising and annoying TBH. The last shuttle for pickup of the day was 7/7:30PM, which was inconvenient for days that we wanted to do later activities in the city.

Beautiful property. Restaurant was wonderful with excellent service!

The hotel staff make this hotel outstanding. Located In the center of the city. Communication was consistent and clear. They helped us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Michael went above and beyond to get us to a taxi in time for our ferry departure.

All the staff were excellent especially Marco and Antonio. The breakfast bar was amazing. Large variety and very fresh. A truly excellent experience
