「Súper súper amables!!」

「This was a wonderful Riad set back from the a hustle and bustle of the souks but within a 2 minutes walk. Everything was wonderful from the breakfast to the room. The best feature of this Riad was the staff especially Ismail who was available at any time of the day and no request was too much for him. A beautiful and wonderfully run establishment which I can highly recommend.」

「The hotel arranged a driver to meet us at the airport and brought us and our luggage directly to the Riad. On arrival we were met by the manager who graciously served us mint tea and assorted traditional pastries and he told us about the area and how to get to our meeting point for our excursion the following day. The room was perfect, had a traditional feel and look to it but had all the modern amenities like wifi and air con. Had a good breakfast in the morning with some Moroccan pancakes,...

「First thing is how clean and fresh the place looked and how incredible the staff were. They were so helpful! Always polite and attentive. Always smiling too. The breakfast was great and lots of it, the room was very clean and and well maintained. The shower was great too and nothing ever broke or went wrong. I struggle to fault this place, and so glad I found it, only thing which is general to most of the riads, taxis can’t go fully outside the door but don’t worry the staff are so helpful...

「Airport transport and porter/guide arranged by hotel. Friendly welcome and a nice meal was provided on request. Junior suite was spacious and comfortable. In the bathroom there was plenty of hot water but, unfortunately, the shower was badly designed. Breakfast was nice and, on two occasions, provided earlier than the standard time for our convenience. We very much enjoyed the exit through the hotel's own cafe directly into the hubbub of the souk. There are several good restaurants and major...

「I didn’t find the staff’s service very good. There were also some instances of dishonest behavior. Please be very careful.」
