All staff were extremely friendly and polite. It was disappointing that on two occasions we had been out for the day and found our room had not been cleaned. The hotel itself is close to a station and Tokyo Dome but a bit far from shopping outlets."

"Good place to stay, airport shuttle is very easy to go around disneysea. Is far away from Tokyo and other cities but there are shopping malls around the hotel. We were able to check in and out from Disneysea and come back to the hotel for a quick rest."
