Zoku is well designed both inside and out. It looks exactly as the interior design from one of the tiny house episodes I watched before. It’s a small loft apartment style hotel that has everything you need for your stay. The bed is super comfy. Room is soundproof and I don’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside. You can rest assured for a quiet night sleep. Our room has a street view but we didn’t hear any noise from cars or buses. Location is convenient, 2-3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There’s also a bus line but we didn’t use it during our stay. There are two supermarkets nearby. However, lack of restaurants nearby could be an issue for some people. We also love the rooftop terrace and the beautiful plants. This place made us feel welcome and is a home away from home. Would love to stay again if we visit Copenhagen in the future or anywhere else that has a Zoku hotel.

We like the interior design and ambiance of this hotel, very unique. The reception staff team was excellent - so friendly and helpful. The Opera House view from my room was super. I personally prefer a traditional bathroom setting instead of all the pieces were separated into 3 directions.

The location was great - close to the train, bus, and metro, Tivoli and City Hall, with nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were bright and roomy, with comfy pillows and duvets and a good sized closet and small desk area. Plenty of plugs w/ USB outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom was large and well-lit, with cushy towels, luxury bath products, and a nice big shower. However, there are some kinks to be worked out, as the property is still undergoing renovations. There was construction going on outside our window, which we had to have open as the room was warm and the A.C. didn't seem to work. The light switch in our bathroom had issues, and would switch on randomly in the middle of the night... then we couldn't turn it off. Luckily, we could just close the door to the bathroom to shut out the light. The staff was a mixed bag - some were extremely helpful while others were dismissive.

Breakfast was fresh every morning with lots of choices to chose from. Staffing was excellent in all fazes . Rooms were clean .very comfortable. Impressive view from the balcony overlooking the city center of Copenhagen. I would recommend it to everyone who is look for a great hotel to stay at. I wish could have stayed 1 more week. Very nice hotel bar.

We spent four nights here and it was an amazing experience. This is your classic European hotel located in the heart of historic Copenhagen. It has everything you would expect from a hotel of this caliber, from an outstanding organic breakfast to a hosted happy hour. The staff is warm an welcoming from the minute you step into the lobby until you leave. They all spoke excellent English that this older traveler really appreciated. If you plan to visit historic Copenhagen this is the place to stay.
