"We stayed on the seventh floor, and the room had been recently renovated. The shower head and hair dryer were great to use. Also, the hotel quickly responded to my claim to lost-and-found. Excellent service!"

"The staff were very helpful and the location was super convenient--right near Narita Station and several convenience stores. It was also only a 10 minute walk to Naritasan Omotesando (market with a ton of local shops and food), as well as the Temple and Park near by (both so beautiful!). We stayed in the Economy Twin Room, 2 Single Beds, and for the most part, it was clean, but the carpet had a noticeable amount of stains by the door. It was also very small, but we only stayed one night, so it wasn't bothersome, and it was very quiet."
