The building, decor, and room was beautiful, upscale, decorated. Right in the heart of Narita shopping street and right outside of Narita Park, it was the perfect location to explore the city by just walking out the entrance. Staff were respectful, helpful, and courteous. I reserved their dinner and wow was that a fine dining experience and true taste of local, traditional cuisine. I will be staying at this establishment every chance I get!

This was perfect for my first night.

This location is excellent. So close to grocery stores, restaurants, Narita san temple which is beautiful and transportations. Only a few minutes walk to all and it is my go to location in the area. This hotel is new, 2 years old, simple and clean. Staff are very nice. There is a hot water pot and a small refrigerator in a room. The mattress seem a bit firm but that is an individual taste. It is good quality. Room itself is small in American standard, but typical for a Japanese business...

We stayed here again when we left Japan, the hotel bus is super helpful.I will stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Property was rather old, but it was conveniently located. Breakfast provided was simple but okay. Staff was friendly!

Perfect for a quick overnight to help get ready for my long trip and very close to many great places there was an unlimited lemon sour restaurant nearby perfect way to break in my two week visit in Japan !

I liked the convenient location within view from a JR train station. The staff were kind and courteous, and while checkout was within the morning, they held onto our luggage until our shuttle ride to the airport in the evening. Overall this hotel was perfect for the final day and night of our trip.

Great room for a one night stay! We had an early flight and decided to stay here the night before in order to get to the airport easily in the morning. The room is very small by Western standards, but was still very clean. It is a great value if you just need a bed for the night, but would not recommend if you want to lounge in a hotel room all day. Property was in good condition and the shuttle from Narita was very convenient. The resort amenities were also very nice and the staff were friendly.

This was our first time staying here at we think it was a great place to stay. For the price you couldn't beat it. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill us up every morning, there were several restaurants and attractions within walking distance and the airport shuttle was convenient. The room was a little small and the sound proofing wasn't the best but we slept fine. We would stay here again without hesitation when we're in Narita.
