"This was not my first stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku, and while the hotel itself has not changed too much over the years, I'm sad to say the area around the hotel has changed a bit for the worse. Influencers and vloggers have repeatedly mentioned this hotel to the extent that the area around it is now really overrun with tourists, and the sort of seediness that goes along with too many tourists. "We stayed here for 7 days and we loved it! 3 stops away from Tokyo station and The Shiomi station is 1 block away. Maruetsu Grocery is also near the station and we love going there every night and buying some sushi. A convenience store is also attached to the hotel. Most importantly, every day we had a clean room and new sheets and towels. Highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely stay here again. "

"I have nothing negative to say. Room was nice, clean and comfortable; It was small, but I knew that when I booked it, and because of the large luggage we had ( 2 large and 3 small) made it a bit challenging at times. Breakfast was good. Dinner at the Restaurant was very good . "
