"Our first stay at this hotel which we chose for location. Some difficulties with self checkin, but quickly received assistance. Buffet breakfast was excellent in nice spacious dining hall. Superior twin on 33rd fl had nice views, comfortable room. Staff kept our luggage after check out while we spent time in the city. Excellent eating options in Links bldg, easy to catch cab to next destination. Would stay here again, highly recommend to travelers."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was great (mostly Japanese offerings). Super close to Namba station as well as a Lawson and 7/11. Also walking distance to Dotonbori. Most days I stayed here I didn’t even use a train with how walkable everything is. Hands down my favorite of the 4 hotels I have so far stayed at this trip."
