"Very lovely room with plenty of space and a great view of Kumamoto. Lots of amenities provided in the room, which was well-furnished. Breakfast was delicious, with a large selection of both Japanese-style and Western-style foods, as well as Kumamoto specialties. Staff were polite and helpful and able to communicate effectively despite a language barrier. Property was beautiful, with a lot of fresh flowers, foliage, and rooftop terrace. Additional services include laundry, gym, resting/wellness area with microwave and coffee machine, onsen, and self-service luggage storage. The hotel is in a very convenient location, attached to Kumamoto station. We would stay here again and recommend it to all."

"Dirty and bad smelling room Auto on/off lights look terrible and scary Shower head can't be turned towards the wall side，water moves to outside and make full of water on the washroom Toilet paper side was not cleaned at all with full of dust"
