"Very pleasantly surprised how clean, comfortable and convenient this hotel was for one night. The free airport shuttle picked up on time. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. In the morning, we had their breakfast buffet which is top notch and then caught the airport shuttle back to the airport. There’s also a handy gift store/convenience store inside the hotel if you want to get snacks and drinks. I would stay here again if we need to sleep after a long flight"

"We stayed two nights to go to Disney. All the staff there were very friendly and helpful including shuttle bus drivers. Breakfast buffet was delicious with wide variety of foods to choose from. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

"I booked a garden view, and I was thrilled with spacious condition with great amenities. This is probably the best and most affordable hotel near Narita International airport that's so underrated. Breakfast buffet is great in super spacious dining restaurant atmosphere, and if you would like to experience onsen, pay extra 700 yen (go there between 4PM-7PM for nearly empty slot), and enjoy both indoor and outdoor bath. I was able to book for under $60, literally. "

"Great location. Shuttle takes you back and forth to airport. At airport you can use bus system for travel. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. Room is clean, practical. My only complaint is the buffet which was very convenient but food was so-so. "

"Close to airport , from hotel to terminal 3 is only 5 min by bus. Convince. Also clean and tidy . Comfortable hotel. Highly recommend "
