「All went well. My only critique is we had no idea how to get into the house upon arrival, or find the specific house. We were in a foreign country and this was our first house. Having an email sent saying "When you arrive the house looks like this and here is where to find it" would have helped. Also a note saying how to get into the house (We called the owner which took a long time to figure out how to do in a foreign country) and was told house was unlocked and key was inside. 「Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids (5 and under). The room was spacious and clean. Parking was convenient. Breakfast had minimal items which was in line with expectations from past reviews (milk, cereal, porridge, bread, jam, coffee). My only issue was the shower, the way it is heated doesn't provide flexibility to get the temperature correct (3 settings of cold, luke warm, burning hot). We only stayed one night so it was fine. 」

「当日は、スカイ島観光後、少し遅く到着の予定で、その旨連絡をしていましたが、あと少しで橋を渡れるかと思っていたところ前方で交通事故があったらしく車の流れが止まってしまい2時間ほど動かなくなり、明るいうちにと思っていたのに到着したのは23時を過ぎてしまいました。片言の英語で状況を説明、宿泊させていただきました。チェックインは22時までになっていたので、もしかすると車中泊りにとも、覚悟していたのでたすかりました。」

「In a great location and close to the harbour. We enjoyed our meals in the bar/restaurant. The evening meals were of a good quality. We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again.」

「The staff were brilliant although he kept telling us and everyone else he was the only one in running the hotel and the bar. Our room was freezing cold and it felt like the heating had not been on in days, The main external wall was really wet and damp, this would have not been an issue had the heating been used. There were no instructions on how to heat up the room so we used google. Once the room heated up it was fine and no issue, also the following morning the damp had then dried up. 」
