Great place near Shibuya- lots of activities around.

The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.

It is great in an upscale location. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is 10 minutes walk to the famous Shibuya Crossing.

The most amazing king size bed we’ve ever seen. 92” wide! Perfectly firm. Great views from 29 floor and up renovated rooms. Amazing shower bath and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge.

Overall, extremely clean! Hotel staff is very nice. Rooms are more spacious than other Tokyo hotels I’ve stayed at. They have a free water dispenser, and washer/dryer that you can pay to use at the hotel which makes doing laundry really convenient. Location is right next to Ebisu station, and there a Family Mart around for corner for quick drinks or snacks.

Very helpful staff, close to Shibuya Station, wonderful room amenities. It was hard to find at first because it’s on the third floor of the Sakura Tower. The staff mentioned that they’re working on improving signage and directions.

Only bummer is there is no onsen. However, there is a gym.

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

Highly recommended. This was perfect for my partner and our two teenage girls - everyone had enough space to themselves when needed. Bathroom was spacious with two sinks. I didn’t see a washer/dryer listed in the features but we had one in our room which was very helpful. The location was great, close to the subway and lots of good little restaurants nearby. The 7-11 downstairs couldn’t be more convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

I stayed in the Owners suite for two nights and was really impressed with the property. Breakfast was lovely, and the overall vibe is hip and design forward. Spent a lot of time at the roof top pool. My one issue: the staff was helping to make some reservations during my stay. Somewhere didn’t have availability so I asked them to check for a few days later/ they told me they cannot help me with any bookings or recommendations beyond my check out date. Great amount of space for the 3 of us in a Tokyo hotel. Loved the area a step away from the crowds on a quiet local street with great bars and restaurants to choose from.

Great location in Shinjuku and easy access to surrounding areas. Relatively close to Shinjuku station and not a far walk. Laundry is in the unit and the staff changes out towels and makes the beds every day. They also provide extra detergent pods if you run low. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

First time in Tokyo. Tried this hotel. 3 in the room. Liked everything about this hotel. Highly recommend.

1 min. from the underground station and 1 stop to Haneda Airport terminal 3 . Very convenient for early flight , nice italian restaurant ang good food.
