I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,

This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze. My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...

The location made it simple for us to travel around Tokyo with easy. The property was welcoming and the breakfast was excellent!

Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well. We made this hotel our home for 3 days, but would have been pretty comfortable even for a week. We will keep this...

The best partsv were the breakfast buffet, the restaurant options and the proximity to transportation.

Staff was very polite, rooms clean. Loved the stored luggage area, very useful.

Right next to the train station and Shinkansen if you need to catch that.

Hotel connected to large mall. 6 - 8 minute walk to 2 different train lines. Lobby of hotel is on 2nd floor and little difficult to find. Free shuttle from mall to higashi ginza, ginza, and haneda terminal 3. 1 train station away from toyosu senkyaku banrai and fish auction.

As many reviewers mentioned, this hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the closest metro stop (Marunouchi Line - M10 (Shinjuku Gyoemmae)). The metro stop is small, but accessible to a number of tourist attractions. The hotel is also about a 15 minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku. We loved our stay here; the onsen was a highlight after walking nearly 8-10 miles a day. We could relax, take a nice warm bath, and decompress from the tourist activities we had done that day.
