Accommodating staff and modern rooms

Staff was fantastic and accommodating, especially with energetic children. Hotel rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed. Great stay for 3 weeks! A little far though from the central areas of Shenzhen.

Very comfortable stay. We were upgraded to a wonderful room. It was very spacious and super comfortable. The bathroom was nice sized and had all the toiletries. The breakfast buffet was quite impressive—lots of choices in Chinese. Continental food was good, too. Our only complaint is that the eggs, sautéed mushrooms and fried potatoes were kind of cold unless, of course, you had them prepared for you. I also think the orange juice was canned and not squeezed. Some of the staff in the restaurant had difficulty communicating in English but they were very helpful and polite. The location was okay. We thought it was kind of far from the city center and all the major malls. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay there, and we would like to come back.

The location is away from the popular hot spots, not much walkable popular trendy spots, near the universities. The concierge.staffs were bit less experienced in near by food etc. even they don’t live in the area, they need to learn about the area for their clients.
