「We booked rooms at a listed price. We knew it was non-refundable. After the booking was made, but before we arrived, we were then contacted by the hotel requiring us to pay more money for cleaning services. I objected and said I would like to cancel our reservation because it wasn't the amount we had agreed on. They said the money was non-refundable and we could either agree to pay more money or lose what we had originally agreed to pay and not have a place to stay. Incredibly unprofessional...
