Front desk clerk lacks professionalism and courtesy, they forget people are paying for a service and experience not your baggage from home. 2. You pay a hefty some for a wedding at the venue and they can’t accommodate a late check out, I had to get an Airbnb nearby for my wife to get ready for our wedding. 3. We decided to get their Breakfast, they up-charge fried dumpling when you want a get it in place of toast with a omelette absolutely ridiculous. 4. Cleaners come knocking on your door if you go a min over your checkout time. Absolutely mind-boggling. 5. Place is old and run down. Don’t waste your money, you can get some views with better quality and customer service don’t waste you or your family’s time. "

"It was an amazing stay, The host did an amazing job in making the apartment feel like home. The ocean view was a lovely. Complimentary access to Mahogany Beach was good. Not many shops were nearby but a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive and you would be in the city center where everything was."
