"Welcomed into the hotel and arranged parking for us (particularly busy car park on arrival). Assistance offered with luggage and ran through hotel facilities etc. Cathy was particular good with our two year old. We booked dinner, menu catered for all of us and the simple pricing was appreciated. We used the inside pool, kids area and games room. "We couldnt find anywhere to stay for the half term break away. We were looking super short notice. Found this property and booked it. Was nervous as never used this site before, but the whole process was exceptional. It was a bit costly as we have stayed on the same caravan park with park dean for literally half the price. However on this occasion as parkdean appeared full we went private. Caravan was a good size. Elements need some love, but ultimately it suited our family of five perfectly!...

"Lovely welcome, made up for first impression, looked like it was unloved from the outside. Really big room, all that was needed to hand. Very friendly owners. Sauna and spa bath very nice. The only downside was on the night I stayed there were a lot of children running up and down stairs and they were not quiet (it was just after Christmas), but that was not anyone's fault. However slept soundly when noise lessened in a very comfortable bed and superb breakfast made the children vanish! Would...
