「Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The only issue was the Wi-Fi connection, which was unreliable and caused quite a bit of frustration. Since this is a hotel I would love to stay at again, I would really appreciate it if you could improve the Wi-Fi by making it more stable and faster. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you again.」

「We stayed 1 night in this great hotel. The room was spacious. The food at the restaurant was great and the spa area/pool was very pleasant.」

「It was a little hard to check in」

「The location of this unit and the views are fabulous however the communication and difficulty to gain access to the unit ruined our first day. Although it was not promised, we were disappointed to find there were no hospitality items left, not shampoo or conditioner, hand soap and no coffee pods. Sofa was broken and dipped low on left. We found communication difficult and never received answers about where to empty our trash or how to work the air conditioner」
