Heaven in Annecy

Les Tresome Spa was an amazing place for those seeking epic bike rides and post ride spa access. The staff were incredible-helping out in so many ways-just loved this place!!

We arrived in the evening and the receptionist helped us settled in The service was above and beyond friendly and polite and hospitable Same goes for the following day the receptionist was kind friendly and helpful the room is small but a very comfortable clean and bed is comfortable We weren't facing the lake but still it was a great room

Get a room facing the lake on the 2nd floor. It is worth every penny. Rent bikes, ride around the lake, visit the town then relax by the pool at the resort. Stay at least 2 nights.

The property is beautiful and the location is stunning. The pool and outdoor areas at the end of June are beautiful and not too busy. Whilst the breakfast at €25 is nice it’s basic for the dining prowess of the hotel. There is also a lack of daytime food if you’ve decided to stay at the hotel and relax by the pool. The walk to the centre of Annesy is only 15/20mins and the town described as the French Venice does not disappoint.

The property is beautiful with a great location and we had an incredible view. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded us and wrote a lovely note. The only thing we didn't love was they charged for the spa and there wasn't any hot water when we tried to fill the bath. We would definitely return and still highly recommend it.

Service needs improvement

Very Nice hotel & location. Room did not get cleaned. No one ever answered the phone at reception. Very difficult to exit the gate, cars lined up. Instructions only in French. Service at Le Alteier restaurant was terrible.

The staff were wonderful, so friendly and detailed in their approach, we couldn’t fault them. It was our first stay here, and we’re planning our return already. The views from the hotel and its terraces, is utterly breathtaking our room on the 3rd floor was beautiful too. How nice to stay somewhere with a “ family feel” to it. We’re leaving revived!

A wonderful place.

Our stay was wonderful. We arrived with our dog and we all had a welcome reception. Our roof was comfortable and had everything we needed. Housekeeping added a dog bed and bowls too. Our meal in the restaurant was fab and the staff were great.

Great place to stay.

Beautiful place. Our room looked different then the one of the pictures we booked, that was a it disappointing. We especially booked this hotel for safe parking places, as we had a car full of stuff. Unfortunately, that was only for electric cars, so we smuggled in 😅. Dogs are welcome in the hotel but not in the restaurants (understandable for the Michelin star one). We had dinner in the other restaurant which was great, excellent food and service for a very good price. Including the view on the lake.

Good stay

Lovely hotel, good facilities, tasty breakfast. Argentinian lady at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting with nice pool. Comfortable bed but room was dark. Receptionists were not too friendly.
