The owner’s communication was excellent – they were incredibly helpful when we had trouble finding the place and provided tons of useful local tips that made our trip even better. The apartment is about a 12-minute bus or car ride from downtown, located in family-friendly neighborhood. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it a comfortable home base for our stay. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...

"Nice place, comfortable for 4 adults. Great location, we walked everywhere. Didn't use the kitchen but it seemed fine. Appreciated the hot water kettle and the tea that was provided. I would definitely recommend it. It is next door to the leasing office which has luggage storage and would have been convenient to use on our check out day, but they didn't open when they said they were going to and we had to change our plans for the day. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was a very spacious studio apartment. Very clean. The host met us at the apartment, making check in very easy. The apartment is located in the centre of Seville - ten minutes walk to the cathedral and twenty minutes walk to the train or bus station. There were many restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. Well-equipped kitchen and included a washing machine. Some of the furnishings are showing signs of age."
